The platform enables job seekers to find employment opportunities in the maritime sector, while companies can post job listings specific to marine roles. The platform is built to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers in this niche field, offering a targeted solution that caters specifically to the needs of the marine workforce.

The Challenge

Rightships needed to address the unique demands of the marine sector, focusing on industry-specific requirements such as certifications, experience, and specialized job categories. Attracting the right mix of qualified job seekers and reputable marine companies posed a challenge, alongside the need to provide a seamless, user-friendly experience.
